Why is the embroidery so inexpensive?  Unlike most cap embroiderers, Union Specialties embroiders the front two panels of our caps on a flat surface before the hat is made rather than on the curved surface of a finished cap. This saves up to 50% on costs and results in a larger embroiderable area, no registration problems, and a greater facility with detail.
